ERDOS PVC RESIN

Erdos PVC Resin SG5 is a type of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin. PVC is a synthetic plastic polymer widely used in various applications due to its versatility and durability. PVC resin SG5 is a specific grade of PVC resin with certain characteristics.

1.Appearance of ERDOS PVC RESIN SG5: 

white powder. PVC resin is a white or buff powder, the apparent density of 0.40 ~ 0.60g/cm3, relatively density 1.4 g/cm3, refractive index of 1.544 (20 C), water absorption ≤ 0.5 %. indissolve in water, alcohol, gasoline, can be swelling or dissolved in ether, ketones, chlorinated aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. Under 20 C, there is a strong acid-resistance, can be resistant to any concentration of hydrochloric acid, 90% or less of sulfuric acid, 50% ~ 60% of nitric acid and 20% or less of the caustic soda solution, stability of the salts. In the flame will burn on and left flame it will be extinguished. Excellent dielectric insulation properties.

2. Application Of ERDOS PVC RESIN SG5:

ERDOS PVC Resin SG-1 is used in producing high-grade electrical insulating material 

ERDOS PVC Resin SG-2 is used in producing electrical insulating material, common soft products and film 
ERDOS PVC Resin SG-3 is used in producing electrical insulating materials, agricultural film, daily-use plastic products, 
ERDOS PVC Resin SG-4 is used in producing membranelle for industrial and civil use, tube and pipes 
ERDOS PVC Resin SG-5 is used in producing transparent products section bar, hard tube and decorative materials 
ERDOS PVC Resin SG-6 is used in producing clear foil, hard board and welding rod 
ERDOS PVC Resin SG-7, SG-8 is used in producing clear foil, hard injection molding.

4.Transporation and storage of ERDOS PVC RESIN SG5: Protect against weathering. Store in a dry place and avoid extreme fluctuations in temperature. Close bags after use to avoid absorption of moisture and contamination.

5.Safety of ERDOS PVC RESIN SG5: The product is not classified as dangerous under the relevant EC Directives and it’s not dangerous goods according to transport regulations.
