Working principle:

The drying of materials is achieved through three processes of heating, heat transfer and mass transfer. In the heating process, the heater heats the air to a certain temperature, and then sends the hot air into the drum for heat exchange with the material. In the heat transfer process, the hot air forms a convection inside the drum, transferring the heat energy to the surface of the material, so that the surface temperature of the material gradually increases, resulting in the evaporation of water on the surface of the material. In the process of mass transfer, the water in the material diffuses from the surface of the material to the air.
