Put the crystal singing bowl on our rubber ring or soft carpet.

Gently strike the outside rim of the bowl one time using mallet. Then slowly run the mallet around the outside rim, holding firmly as the resonance begins to build and until the desired vibration is reached.

When you sing the bowl, try to keep the mallet a parallel to the outside of the bowl as possible.Removing the mallet will allow the bowl to sustain, meaning it will continue resonating as you tune in and enjoy the energy.
