DN3 electromagnetic flowmeter in the test

DN3mm Electromagnetic flowmeter is a micro-caliber electromagnetic flowmeter. 

A micro caliber electromagnetic flowmeter is a type of flowmeter that uses the principles of electromagnetic induction to measure the flow of a liquid in a pipe. 

It is called "micro caliber" because it is a very small size, like DN3mm, designed for use in small pipes or applications where the pipe diameter is very small.

The flowmeter also consists of a sensor that is installed in the pipe and generates a magnetic field across the pipe. 

When a conductive liquid flows through the pipe, it creates a voltage that is proportional to the flow velocity. This voltage is detected by electrodes in the sensor and used to calculate the flow rate.

Micro-caliber electromagnetic flowmeters are commonly used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and water treatment, especially in laboratories for scientific research where accurate measurement of small flow rates is required. 

Micro caliber electromagnetic flowmeters offer advantages such as high accuracy, wide turndown ratio, and low pressure drop.

Micro caliber electromagnetic flowmeter also has the following characteristics:

There is a bidirectional measuring system of the flowmeter, which is built-in three totalizers: the forward total amount, the reverse total amount and the difference value total amount: it can display the forward and reverse flow, and has a variety of outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART;

6. The converter adopts surface mount technology (SMT), with self-inspection and self-diagnosis function;
