Working principle:

The boiling dryer uses the air heated by the heat exchanger to form hot air distributed into the main engine through the valve plate, and the wet material enters the dryer from the feeder. Due to the effect of wind pressure, the material forms a boiling state in the dryer and makes extensive contact with the hot air, thus completing the material drying in a short time

Main application:

Granulation in pharmaceutical industry: tablet granule, granule, capsule granule.

Granulation in the food industry: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice granules, condiments, etc. 

Other industries of granulation: pesticide, feed, fertilizer, pigment, dye chemical industry, etc.

Drying of wet materials in powder or granular form.

Main features:
