Soft PVC Fiber Reinforced Garden Hose Making Machine

The PVC fiber-reinforced pipe can be called PVC net pipe or plastic snake skin pipe. The pipe is suitable fpr carrying high pressure or mordant gas and liquid.

It is widely uesd in machinery, colliery, oil industry,chemical,agricutural irrigation, construction, home application (solar water heater, gas tank) etc. Now it is widely used in garden irrigation.

The main electrics for PVC pipe extrusion machine only adopt Siemens motor, siemens contactor,
ABB inverter, Omron temperature meter.

1.Single screw extruder

According to the requirements of different diameters, different wall thicknesses and different output of pipes, we have many
models of special twin screw extruders to choose from. It adopts a specially designed screw structure, which can evenly heat,
plasticize PVC granules and extrude pipes .

2.Mould

The mould is made of high-quality alloy steel, the internal flow channel is chrome-plated and highly polished, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; With the special sizing sleeve, the product production speed is hight and the surface of the pipe is good.

3.Stainless steel cooling tank

It can calibrate and cool the PVC pipe from the mould.

It is used for knitting or braiding the fiber.
