94mm PDC (polycrystalline diamond compact) pillar bit belongs to steel body PDC bit, it is made by PDC cutters and 45 #steel with forging process. PDC cutter as the cutting teeth is weld on the cutting held by silver solder temperature is near 700 degree, PDC cutter is very hard material, while the 45# steel have good impact toughness, combining the hardness of the PDC cutter and high impact toughness of the 45# steel makes our PDC pillar bit is widely used in mining, water well drilling, dam construction and water conservancy, especially in the soft formation drilling. PDC pillar bit has fast drilling footage in speed in soft formation but not suitable for hard formation drilling. We can supply PDC pillar bit with 75mm, 94mm, 113mm, 133mm, 152mm and customized sizes, and also we can supply multi-blades PDC pillar bit.
