This product is prepared by a variety of sodium free salts and other inorganic compounds according to a certain proportion, mainly suitable for automobile, motorcycle wheel, A356, A380, A386, pure aluminum and phosphorus metamorphic aluminum alloy refining treatment.

Shape: white powder (1kg/ bag) or cylindrical (0.5kg/ block)

Processing temperature: 700℃ ~ 760℃
Recommended dosage: Add 0.2 ~ 0.5% of liquid aluminum by weight, depending on whether the charge is pure or not

How to use:
With in the refining temperature range, the quantitative flux is put into the bell jar and pressed into the liquid aluminum - and is smoothly moved to each part until the flux reaction is complete. If the large reverberatory furnace can also use the powder machine to spray the product into the liquid aluminum, the full stirring effect is better. Or the product is directly evenly scattered on the surface of liquid aluminum, fully stirred aluminum slag, slag is dry, powdery, good separation from liquid aluminum, loose and easy to remove.
