Casing Stage Collar

The stage collar is a mechanical tool used to facilitate the cementing process in two stages. It primarily consists of a two-stage coupling (body), first-stage plug, baffle plate, and either a free fall opening plug (for non-continuous processes) or a pump-down opening plug (for continuous processes), as well as a closing plug.

Key features include:
1. It utilizes an out-closing structure and a locking device on the closing sleeve to ensure reliable locking after closure.
2. The design prevents liquid from accumulating in the chamber during opening or closing.
3. The inner diameter of the upper/lower sub matches that of the casing, providing protection to the stage collar body during downward movement and drill-out operations.
4. All accessories are crafted from drillable rubber or aluminum materials, offering anti-rotation functionality and facilitating easy drill-out.
5. The pump-down plug enables the execution of a continuous cementing process.
