CLASS T Sucker Rod Couplings

 The coupling blanks are shaped or machined to precise size and tolerance, threaded using a cold-forming rolled thread tap, and coated to provide anti-galling and lubrication properties.
Class T sucker rod couplings are suggested for installation when abrasion or corrosion-abrasion is not a concern.

Sucker rod couplings are offered in API full size and slim hole, with oversize options available upon request.  

CLASS SM Sucker Rod Couplings

 Spray Metal is a surface hardening process involving the application of a nickel, chrome, boron, and silicon-based powder onto the base metal, which is subsequently melted. This results in a hard, dense, and uniform surface with a very low friction coefficient and high corrosion resistance. 

Class SM sucker rod couplings are advised for use in installations where abrasion or corrosion-abrasion is a concern. Sucker rod couplings are offered in API full size and slim hole, and oversize options can be provided upon request.
