Three, structural design description of LZ8/560 wire drawing machine+SG630 take up machine(winding machine)

 1. Composition: This unit is composed of single hydraulic turning machine + overhead cantilever pay-off + random stop + mechanical shell stripping machine + belt sander +LZ8/560 direct wire drawing machine and SG630 winding machine.

 2. Drive: The power of each machine of the main direct drawing machine is driven to the reel by AC frequency conversion motor through the high-frequency joint narrow V-belt.

 3. Braking: The role of the clamp brake is not only used as a brake, but also to prevent the reversal of the drum. The brake block is released by spring force.

 4. Main drive: The basic part of the main drive is composed of high efficiency bridge pulley.

Bridge pulley material is HT250, the pulley is cast by cast iron, no deformation, lubrication is grease lubrication.

 5, drawing drum: the material of the drum is ZG45, the hard layer is treated by spraying WC, HRC≥60, the height is 100mm.

6. Drawing die box: This equipment is all single-mode direct water cooling. The guide roller is installed in the entry end to ensure that the wire straight into the drawing die, the die seat to adjust the wire straight into the drawing drum, the tuning roller is installed in the entry end of the die seat (2# mold box), the tuning roller by a small cylinder to provide pendulum power, tuning roller swing, the sensor output electrical signals, to fine tune the speed change. The tension of the tuning roller on the wire changes the pressure by adjusting the air pressure, and the pressure adjustment range is between 0.4 and 0.5MPa.

 7. SG630 winding machine:
