Cold rolled steel coil manufacturing process：

1. Raw material preparation: The raw materials are usually hot-rolled coils or steel plates. These hot-rolled steels are cleaned and pre-treated to ensure that the surface is free of oil, impurities, etc.

2. Cold rolling processing:
Pickling or cleaning: Steel coils are cleaned and degreased to eliminate surface contaminants and ensure the smooth progress of subsequent processes.
Cold rolling process: The cleaned steel passes through a cold rolling mill and undergoes a series of rolls and pressures to gradually reduce its thickness and obtain higher surface flatness and dimensional accuracy. This step is usually done at room temperature, giving the steel a better surface quality while maintaining its hardness.

3. Additional processing (as required):
Quenching treatment: Some cold-rolled steel coils need to be quenched to improve their hardness and strength.
Re-cleaning and treatment: Cold-rolled steel may require re-cleaning or other special treatments to ensure that the surface is clean and meets specific technical requirements.

4. Inspection and packaging:
Quality inspection: Carry out quality inspection of steel coils, including inspection of size, surface quality, thickness, etc.
Packaging: After completing the quality inspection, the steel coils are packaged according to customer requirements to protect the product from damage and facilitate transportation and storage.
