1 the process is as follows:

(1)  forming and rough drawing machine: spool tension active pay off → constant tensile rack→Ultrasonic cleaning machine→rolling speed detection system→ forming into U shape→servo powder adding system→forming→forming and reduce diameter→ LZ6/500 drawing machine →Φ800 spool take up(from 5.0 to 2.8mm)

(2) LZ8/400 drawing machine line(from 2.8 to 1.2/1.6mm)+polishing machine+take up machine

3.1 Steel belt ultrasonic online cleaning machine

Equipment composition: ultrasonic cleaning tank, bubbling hot rinsing tank, circulating hot air drying box, 2 circulating filtration systems, sewage system, 2 sets of liquid cutting mechanisms, electric control system, door panel frame, bottom guide wheel lifting mechanism, guide roller And pressure rollers and other components.
