CA45DD 1-1/2'' Goyen Type Dust Collector Diaphragm Pulse Jet Valve

Product introduction

CA45DD is a 1-1/2" pulse jet valve, also known as a high performance diaphragm valve with a correction nut link, designed to operate at pressures from 5 to 125 psi. This type of valve is specificially designed for filter cleaning in reverse pulse injection systems. By pulsing a large amout of air into the filter bag to remove particles, ensuring its handing capacity and dust collction efficiency, and the life of the diaphragm is about 1 million times.

Aluminum valve body

The body of CA45DD is made of aluminum (diecast) and the dresser nut valves can be positioned in any position other than inverted and their temperature range depends on the model and diaphragm.

Stable Solenoid coil

The stable coil has good heat dissipation and insulation, which can ensure that it is not easy to burn out during continuous operation, making the overall system safer and more reliable.

Wide application

This vlave is mostly used in dust removal system, clean filters system, dust collector, bag filters, sintered matal fiber filters, ceramic filters, etc. And it suitable for dust management systems in all types of industries and processes.
