Product introduction

The DMF-ZF-40S is a 1-1/2" diaphragm SBFEC Type pulse valve with flanged inlet compression fitting, typically operating pressures from 0.1 to 0.8 MPa, 2-way normally closed version, the valve diaphragm is made of corrosion-resistant materials such as NBR, VITION. Flanged valves are more commonly used in industrial applications because they can handle higher pressures and larger pipe sizes.

Aluminum valve body

The body of DMF-ZF-40S is made of aluminum (diecast) and the flanged valves can be easily removed in the system without other components. It can withstand high temperatures and pressures and has high strength and durability.

Stable Solenoid coil

The stable coil has good heat dissipation and insulation, which can ensure that it is not easy to burn out during continuous operation, making the overall system safer and more reliable.

Wide application

This vlave is mostly used in dust removal system, clean filters system, dust collector, bag filters, sintered matal fiber filters, ceramic filters, etc. And it can be used with different pipe size and materials for a wide range of applications.
