For more than thirty years experience, Ceeto mold has been a leading manufacturer of high           tonnage custom and large plastic parts injection mold building as well as Two K- injection molds design and manufacturing.

In house machining equipments such as CNC milling machines, WEDM wire cutting machines, drilling machines, grinding machines and over twenty pieces plastic injection molding machines for mold testing and low volume production, they are ranging from eighty tonnage to 1600 tonnage according to different clamping forces.

After the completion of the mold assembly and debugging, the mold injection molding began. First of all, the plastic particles are added to the bucket of the injection molding machine, and then through heating and the push of the screw, the plastic is melted and injected into the mold cavity, in the mold, the plastic gradually cools and solidifies, and finally forms the shape of the required product.

After injection molding, it is necessary to cool and demoulding, and the cooling system takes away the heat in the mold through the circulating cooling water, so that the plastic is cooled rapidly. After the cooling is completed, the mold is opened and the demoulding device is pushed to make the plastic products fall off from the mold.
