The surface of Fiber Glass mesh cloth will be coated with a layer of glue. The better quality coating glue is polypropylene emulsion, also called latex. The worse quality glue is urine glue, which mainly plays the role of positioning and alkali resistance. Therefore, when the quality of the gray cloth is the same, the quality of the glue directly determines the quality of the fiberglass mesh cloth.
The mesh cloth shaped with urine glue is relatively hard, and the quality is slightly worse than that shaped with latex. The mesh cloth shaped with latex is soft and has good positioning and cannot be folded. Both are general products for exterior wall insulation. In fact, the fiberglass mesh itself has some adhesives. Generally, the adhesive used for alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh is emulsion coating and shaping, while those that are not alkaline are generally coated with urine glue. The shaping effects are similar, except that the effect of urine glue is harder, which makes it more brittle and sometimes easy to break.
The mesh cloth we produce has the characteristics of high strength, good alkali resistance, Anti Corrosion, anti-cracking, and dimensional stability. Due to its excellent resistance to acid, alkali and other chemical substances and its high longitudinal and latitudinal tensile strength, fiberglass cloth can evenly disperse the stress on the exterior wall insulation system and avoid collision and extrusion caused by external impact. The deformation of the entire insulation structure makes the insulation layer have high impact strength and is easy to construct and quality control. It plays the role of "soft steel bar" in the insulation system.
