The deposition mask is produced by the high-precision reproduction photolithography technology, and the high-performance filter film of each spectrum segment is successively plated within the deposition pattern. Multi-spectral filters have high transmittance and excellent filtering characteristics. Multiple filter channels are integrated into a single substrate, and the spatial alignment accuracy is extremely high.
