working principle:
The WFJ superfine powder grinding machine works on the principle of impact and shearing between the fixed serrated teeth and the rotating serrated teeth of the grinding disc. The material is fed into the grinding chamber through a screw feeder, and is then pulverized into fine particles by the rotating grinding disc.
The pulverized material is discharged from the grinding chamber through a discharge pipe, while the air flow generated by the rotating disc carries the fine particles into a cyclone separator. The cyclone separator separates the fine particles from the air flow, and the collected powder is then discharged through a separate outlet.
