· Cast chain links are produced by investment casting technology craft to ensure high dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
· Ladder shaped chain link is one of our special shape chain links. Other shapes can be customized according to the drawings.
· Investment casting refers to the process of making a fusible model with fusible materials, coating it with several layers of refractory coating, drying and hardening to form a whole mold shell, then melting the model from the mold shell with steam or hot water, placing the mold shell in the sand box, filling dry sand molding around it, placing the mold in the baking furnace and baking at high temperature, and pouring molten metal into the mold or mold shell after baking to obtain the casting.
