We generally produce the cast trays by lost foam casting. One advantage is the flexible structural design of castings, and highly complex castings can be assembled through foam dies. Another advantage is no sand core is required, and uneven wall thickness of castings will not occur due to inaccurate size of sand core or inaccurate core setting position. We can also use other technology craft to manufacture cast trays if customers have the requirements.
