Product introduction

This is C41 diaphragm repair kit for 1-1/2 inch pulse jet valve. Different materials of the diaphragm determine different performances. One set contains 2 diaphragms and 2 springs, packaged in plastic bag. We have other pulse valve diaphragm repair kits to choose from, including C52. And we also produce solenoid coil, solenoid armature and pulse jet valves.

NBR Material Diaphragm

The material of C41 diaphragm is NBR, which has good thermal aging resistance and can withstand operating temperatures from -20 to 80℃.

The Role Of The Diaphragm In Valves

The diaphragm is highly flexible and force to control the opening and closing of the valve. It primarily controls, obstruct or isolate the flow of fluids and acts as a flow control device.
