The BY-500A plasma deburring and polishing machines measures 1720mm*1265mm*2100mm, with internal dimensions of 810mm*700mm*830mm. The main body of the internal groove is constructed from 3mm thick 316L stainless steel plates, welded on both sides. Additionally, it employs 20mm thick electrical wood boards to insulate the internal groove and outer frame, effectively preventing safety incidents. Working Principle
Plasma polishing equipment utilizes plasma technology for surface treatment and polishing. Its principle involves the generation of plasma through the action of heating and high-frequency electric fields on gases, causing atoms to escape from atomic nuclei and form highly energized particles, known as plasma.
