JY7206 Grease for drilling tool thread

Description

This product is made by thickening mineral oil or semi-synthetic oil with soap-based thickener and adding solid fillers. Comply with API RP 7A1 and SY-T5198-1996 standards.

Performance characteristics

Good high temperature resistance, anti-wear, extreme pressure, medium resistance, anti-sticking and sealing properties.

Application

It is suitable for sealing and lubrication of drill collars and drill pipe assembly threads used in oil and gas fields and geological exploration drilling. Under the conditions of high temperature, high load and large torque stress, it can prevent mud leakage, avoid thread scratches and sticking, and is easy to disassemble and clean. Type A is suitable for -20~200℃, and type B is suitable for -40~200℃.

20L plastic barrel or packaged according to user requirements

Precautions

Before coating, the threaded joints should be cleaned with kerosene or other solvents and dried or blown dry.
