JY7405-1 Sealing grease for high temperature and high pressure thread 

7405-1 high temperature and high pressure thread sealing grease is made by thickening high-quality synthetic base oil with special inorganic thickener and adding high-efficiency performance additives through a specific process.

Excellent oxidation stability to prevent grease from deteriorating at high temperatures

Excellent rust resistance to ensure that the threaded threads are not prone to rust

Excellent sealing performance with medium-concentration hydrochloric acid, alkali, saturated calcium chloride cleaning fluid and sulfur-containing natural gas.

Excellent anti-stick performance ensures that the thread can be easily disassembled after normal operation in a wide temperature range

Good water resistance, suitable for bearing lubrication in humid environments

Application

It is suitable for sealing and lubrication of deep well casing threads in oil and gas fields. The applicable temperature can reach 180°C, withstands a pressure of 58.8MPa, and can withstand medium-concentration acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media.

Clean the application area before use and blow dry before applying this product

Physical or chemical reactions may occur between different greases, do not mix with other greases

Seal the lid promptly after use to prevent moisture, dust and other impurities from mixing in.
