KW600 Sealing grease for thermal recovery valves (sealing grease for thermal recovery wellhead devices)

KW600 and kw600-1 Sealing grease for thermal recovery valves are specially developed for thermal recovery operations of steam injection and geothermal production wellhead gate valves, with rated operating temperatures up to 343°C (API6A temperature grade Y). It is made by thickening a proprietary synthetic oil with an inorganic thickener, adding extreme pressure additives, and refining it through a specific process.

Performance characteristics

Good resistance to mineral oil, solvents, water vapor and other media, ensuring the performance and sealing of the used parts.

Excellent high temperature performance, it can maintain viscosity under extreme high temperatures to provide lubrication protection.

Excellent adhesion and cohesion, it adheres to the inside of the valve to provide long-lasting protection and ensure the valve opens and closes easily.
