Product introduction

KW800 is a specially formulated valve sealant. The base oil is mixed with vegetable oil and molded with a special thickener. It is a sealing grease specially designed for fracturing manifold plug valves. Even under extreme pressure, it can Maximizes adhesion to all types of metal surfaces and can withstand ultra-high pressure sealing.

Feature

Good ability to withstand acid fracturing (hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid) natural gas, condensate water, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and drilling mud;

It has strong adhesion and can still remain in the valve cavity under high pressure differential environment. It will not harden when used (within the temperature range);
