Product details

Electronic Fiber Glass cloth mainly uses electronic grade glass yarn and is woven with plain weave. Its main performance and characteristics: good electrical insulation performance, fire retardant, waterproof, aging resistance, weather resistance, high strength, high modulus and other characteristics. It is widely used in epoxy copper-clad laminates, PTFE, high-temperature tapes, sports equipment, prepreg cloth backings, silicone electrical insulation products, printed circuit boards, fireproof boards, insulation boards, and aviation and military fields. Main varieties of fiberglass cloth: (i.e. thickness: 0.18mm, 0.1mm, 0.08mm, 0.05mm, 0.03mm, 0.14mm) International labels: 7638 cloth, 7629 cloth, 7628 cloth, 2116 cloth, 1080 cloth, etc.

E Glass

Features :

1. Excellent clustering properties, low static electricity, and low lint content.
2. Good temperature resistance and extremely low color difference.
3. It has good interface properties with the matrix resin.
4. It has very good fluidity in resin.
5. It can give composite materials good physical and chemical properties.
6. Use silane coupling agent.

7. Use proprietary sizing agent to ensure good compatibility between chopped fibers and matrix resin.
