This product is a custom automotive plastic mould car door handle. The surface finish of the cavity is texture, without crushing marks, and overall without flash and sink marks. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 steel and the mold life can reach 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The hardness of the S136 steel reaches HRC48-52. The product is made of PC/ABS material. PC/ABS material has good mechanical strength and toughness, and at the same time greatly improves the flame retardancy of ABS material. This material is widely used in Auto Parts Mold.  The mold runner adopts Cold runner, and the Gate Way is Fan Gate.
