1. Product introduction

Insulating bolts are made of glass fiber filaments impregnated with epoxy resin matrix and pultruded at high temperature. The company adopts a production line with fully CNC vacuum demoulding and pultrusion technology, which has reached the current domestic level. It is equipped with an online speed tracker and a temperature control system, which improves the uniformity and heat resistance of the insulating rod. It is better than fiberglass and unsaturated resin. Rod production equipment has better stability and controllability.

2. Product performance

2.1 Due to the continuous pultrusion of insulating bolts, each glass filament in the product is guaranteed to be a whole filament. This makes the product's resistance to mechanical pressure and mechanical tension very good, and its tensile strength reaches 1360MPa, which far exceeds the tensile strength index of No. 45 precision cast steel of 570Mpa. Excellent electrical performance, withstand voltage level of 10kV-1000kV. It has strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength, is not easy to bend, and is easy to use.

2.2. The allowed long-term working temperature of this product is 170-210℃; the maximum short-circuit working temperature of the product is 230℃ (time is less than 5 seconds).

2.3 This product uses a release agent imported from Germany, which ensures that the surface of the product is very smooth, without color difference, burrs, and scratches.

2.4 The heat resistance level and insulation level of this product reach H level, making it an ideal substitute for unsaturated molded MPI products.

2.5 In order to improve the product's requirements for acid-resistant and high-temperature-resistant environments, products are divided into four grades: ordinary insulating rods, acid-resistant insulating rods, high-temperature-resistant insulating rods, and high-temperature and acid-resistant insulating rods.
