Wing Wind Measuring Device
2 year agoThe wing wind measuring device has the characteristics of low pressure, short straight pipes before and after installation, and stable measurement. Suitable for air volume measurement in circular or rectangular ducts, the wing wind measurement device is currently the most widely used flow measurement device in primary and secondary air volume measurements in the domestic power industry.
Compared with other wind measurement devices, it has the following advantages:
1. It has a unique wing line shape, which can generate a large differential pressure and ensure stable measurement.
2. Using a double-wing or multi-wing structure, the device itself is short in length and the required upstream and downstream straight pipe sections are also short. Generally, the front straight pipe section is 0.6~1.0D, and the rear straight pipe section is 0.2D.
3. The pressure loss is small, and the pressure loss generated does not exceed 14% of the differential pressure value.
4. The flow beam is uniform and stable, and has a certain rectifying effect on the fluid.
5. Easy to install and maintain.
6. The accuracy is high, within the range of 30% to 100% of the maximum flow rate, the error does not exceed 2%.
