The MF-Y-40S is a submerged SBFEC Type pulse valve that adopts double diaphragms design to ensure a high-quality valve diaphragm for an extended lifespan and perfect operational performance. It has 1-1/2" port size, 40mm orifice size and pressure range from 0.1 to 0.8 MPa. They have better flowability and run with lower pressure loss. Therefore they are suitable for places with lower air pressure and a variety of dust collector applications.

Aluminum valve body

The body of MF-Y-40S is made of aluminum (diecast), which has low resistance and good circulation. It expands the use range of pressure and provides the best flow performance.

Wide application

This vlave is mostly used in dust removal system, clean filters system, dust collector, bag filters, sintered matal fiber filters, ceramic filters, etc. And it can be used with different pipe size and materials for a wide range of applications.
