What is Automated Guided Vehicle（AGV）?
AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) load capacity covers from 5t to 600t. There are heavy-duty hydraulic AGV handling vehicles, explosion-proof AGV handling vehicles, indoor and outdoor AGV handling vehicle, omnidirectional AGV handling vehicles, etc. They are widely used in factory automation, aerospace, railway transportation, port terminals, warehouse logistics automation, and some special industries, and have expanded to more and more fields. AGV frame is the main load-bearing component of the entire vehicle, with the top used to bear the load, the bottom connected to the steering system, suspension system, and walking system, and the middle used to install power devices, hydraulic units, and control cabinets.
AGV frame is made of Q460 and Q690 high-strength steel. The frame adopts finite element analysis design, with a minimum safety factor of 1.5, and is optimized to improve effective bearing capacity and operational economy. Se

The hydraulic system includes hydraulic motors, suspension system load sensitive pumps, suspe
nsion control multi way valves, lifting synchronous motors, hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic oil radiators and other components, providing power output for the entire
vehicle suspension and lifting, and achieving the function of lifting the entire vehicle.
Hydraulic system configuration fully considers maintenance and safety requirements
AGV control system mainly consists of AGV dispatch system, AGV vehicle control, onboard control system, and safety protection system. Each action during the operation process is closed-loop control with information feedback to prevent
action errors.
The control system adopts a servo drive system to complete the speed and acceleration/deceleration control of the motor, achieving high-precision walking control of the mobile platform. The speed can achieve step-less speed change and precise positioning under jog control.
Navigation system
Adopting composite navigation with a navigation accuracy of ± 10mm,outdoor navigation meets the requirements of long-distance travel, as well as the reliability of driving in complex outdoor environments.
