When the preform reaches the bottom, the upper and lower splints will slide and close, and air will be introduced into the preform, quickly blowing up the preform and filling the entire mold. After blowing, the preform is still hot and unshaped. If it is not cooled, it will collapse. Therefore, after blowing, it is easy to intake air and quickly cool it with cooling water to quickly cool and shape the plastic product. When the plastic product is cooled and shaped, the mold can be opened. The top mechanical clamp will clamp the plastic product with scraps, and then after cutting the scraps, it will become the final product.
