1. To prevent leakage material from getting stuck between the roller and the conveyor belt, pay attention to cleaning the moving parts of the conveyor belt, but do not allow oil to stain the conveyor belt;
2. Please choose a large roller for the sidewall conveyor belt. A small roller will directly affect the service life of the sidewall.
3. Prevent the conveyor belt from starting under load;
4. If the conveyor belt deviates, timely measures should be taken to correct it;
5. When the conveyor belt is found to be partially damaged, it should be repaired in time to avoid expansion; if it cannot be repaired, please replace it.
