Customized H5H6 Auto ECU System Car Wiring Harness

This auto Car Wiring Harnesses used for auto ECU system , customized for Bosch. The electronic control unit (ECU) used in today’s cars and trucks is used to control the engine and other components' functions. Simply to say, ECU is the brain of the vehicles. Then the ECU wire harness become the very important part 2or all types of vehicles.  An ECU is a computer with internal pre-programmed and programmable computer chips that is not much different from a home computer or laptop. The vehicle's engine computer ECU is used to operate the engine by using input sensors and output components to control all engine functions.

01 This customized Car Wiring Harnesses designed and processed all by customer requirement. There placed a PCBA inside, the PCBA provided by customers with specifications L 136mm*W 61mm, with electrical resistance: 1/2W 1000Ohm*2. We'll solder wires to PCBA before molding the plastic part.  Also AB glue should be applied to the spot of the welding line after soldering. The complete wire looms covered with braiding PET tube for better protection. There will have part of acetate tape from original TESA on the out of braiding tube to fix the braiding in order to get loose and exposed of wires.

02  After soldering the PCBA, we will injection the inner/outer mould with 45P black PVC materials for customized to protect inside PCBA. The TPE molded connector used for assembling to customer counterpart as below photo. Which can fix the cable in better position.The molded part also is to meet IP67 waterproofing standard.

  03 The automative connectors using is high pin count header from original TYCO, part 284617-1, with 154 positions header,  sealable and with Solder Termination.Connector Header Panel Mount, Through Hole, Right Angle 154 (120 + 34 Power) position. This wire-to-wire(1.5mm)and ECU applications, IP67 waterproof connectors assembling, under hood or any location where sealing is required. which common used for automotive, truck, bus, or off-road vehicles, lighting system, etc.
 

04 This ECU Car Wiring Harnesses assembled with original housing for female terminals. Its mainly applications in the automative, trucks, bus or other vehicles. The part number is from original Tyco "3-1534903-5", the shiled material is PA66-GF, housing material is PBT/ASA-GF 20 with 60 of positons. ROHS and ELV compliant availables. All such connectors are very popular for automobile manufacturers, especially for ECU system.                                                                                             

Application:

The Auto ECU Car Wiring Harnesses are mainly used for automobiles ECU system, the engine ECU in most vehicles is connected to the onboard diagnostic connector and will relay all diagnostic information on this line to all the other modules or ECUs. Most newer vehicles have started using a communication line between different modules on a vehicle so they can share information and redundant sensors do not have to be used. Then the ECU wire harness become the very important part for all types of vehicles. Except ECU system, our products are also widely used on other aplications, such as hydia battery, engine, audio, mirror, ADAS, Auto Seat, Buzz, Lamp, Fuel pump, GPS and so on.
