• Working Principle of the Product

1. The piston is mainly driven by the rotation of the crankshaft. When the piston moves up and down, the movement is converted into crank rotation through the connecting rod.
2. The piston reciprocates in the internal combustion engine, which is divided into four basic processes, namely intake, compression, explosion and exhaust.
3. Intake process: When the piston moves downward, the intake valve in the cylinder opens to allow the mixture to enter the cylinder.
4. Compression process: The piston moves upward and the intake valve in the cylinder closes. At this time, the air and the mixture are compressed to reduce the volume and increase the pressure.
5. Explosion process: At the end of compression, the ignition system emits sparks to ignite the mixture, thereby pushing the piston downward, and the crank drives the crankshaft to rotate and release power.
6. Exhaust process: The piston continues to move upward and discharges the burned exhaust gas out of the cylinder through the exhaust valve.
