830 nm ir led&630 nm red led .3528 SMD LED are also can be packaged with 2 chips LED inside. But sometime we will need some super bright or some high power LED for our application so that we need some bigger bare die inside of the SMD LED case. Compare with 3528 SMD LED,5050 SMD LED case got a bigger size. Which means it will got a better heating dispatching performance than 3528 SMD LED. There have 6 pins for the LED color control.  But since this LED just got 2 chips inside, the two of the middle pins cannot control the lighting.  Do you also need some custom LED like this LED as follow? Contact us and let us know more detail about your required, we will do this for you! 2 chips 5050 smd led There have 3 position in the 5050 SMD LED for the LED dare die. But for some application, there just need with 2 chips inside. Custom LED are available in our factory, so in this case, we can packaged it with 2 chips inside, Red + IR.  As you can see in the picture, the middle position is empty, which means we didn't package any LED chip inside of it.
