Welding generates gas and smoke containing various types of oxide particles. In addition to oxide particles, many processes also produce gases such as carbon dioxide and ozone. These gases can be hazardous if ventilation is inadequate.

Welding fume also contains additional small particles. The size of the particles can influence the toxicity of the fumes. Smaller particles present a greater danger, and exposure to metal oxides and gas byproducts is one of the leading hazards welders face. Whether you perform fusion welding that applies only heat (electric arc, gas or laser processes) or combine heat and pressure in your welding and cutting processes, the results are the same: All methods generate hazardous fumes.

Metal particles in welding fumes are 50 to  70 times smaller than the width of a human hair, making them extremely easy to inhale. Breathing metal particulates and gases is associated with a number of health effects, according to the OSHA in its fact sheet on the issue.

Cartridge Industrial Dust Collectors come in various sizes and configurations allowing the designer to fit the collector in smaller spacces if needed.  The Industrial Fume Extractor can be built in a vertical orientation for narrow spaces or stacked side by side to fit areas with limited overhead space. Filter Element, located in the dirty air plenum, is positioned in a vertical or horizontal orientation and utilize a pleated filter media to remove the contaminates from the air stream.

A: Customized and OEM orders are welcome if you need. You only need to provide us with your logo drawing, function requirements, colors, etc.

A: We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

Q3: Will the package damaged during transportation?

A: Our package is considerate all the damage factors and make it to be safe, and our shipping agent have rich experience in safe tranportation. We have exported to 80 countries worldwide. So please don't worry, you will receive the parcel in good condition.

Q4: How to install and run the machine?

A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training
