Diaphragm compressor is a device that uses flexible diaphragms to compress gases, and it plays an important role in many industrial fields.

Troubleshooting the general order and matters needing attention：

When the compressor fails and cannot operate normally, check the parts in the following order:

1) Check the crankcase oil level.

2) Check whether the pressure regulator handle is in the correct position.

3) Determine whether the oil pressure reaches the rated value.

4) Check the inlet and exhaust valves.

5) Check the pressure regulator.

6) Check the compensation pump.

7) Check whether the diaphragm is broken.

When disassembling and installing the compressor, strict attention should be paid to the cleaning of the parts, because a little fine sand or metal debris may damage the normal work of the pressure regulator and the compensation oil pump, and even cause the rupture of the diaphragm.
