The working principle of diaphragm compressor is that the diaphragm is clamped along the perimeter by two limiting plates and composed of a cylinder, and the diaphragm is driven by mechanical or hydraulic reciprocating movement in the cylinder block, so as to achieve the compression and transportation of gas. Hydraulically driven compressors with metal diaphragms are common and can exhaust up to 100Nm³/h, with multi-stage compression exhaust pressures of more than 100 mpa.
