GD1 diaphragm compressor

Diaphragm compressor is mainly composed of crankcase, middle body, cylinder block components, motor, oil supply pipeline, gas pipeline, instrument, buffer tank, base and so on.

The cylinder block component is the core component of the diaphragm compressor, including the cylinder block, the cylinder head, a group of diaphragm and O-ring, a group of diaphragm is located between the cylinder block and the head, the cylinder and the head are equipped with a cavity to limit the deformation of the diaphragm 7, the diaphragm and the cylinder head cavity combined into a gas compression chamber, the diaphragm and the cylinder cavity combined into a hydraulic oil chamber, the gas compression chamber and the hydraulic oil chamber are sealed through the O-ring. When the diaphragm compressor is running, the motor drives the flywheel or pulley to rotate, and then drives the crankshaft, connecting rod and piston to reciprocate. The piston pushes the hydraulic oil to act on the diaphragm according to a certain law through the hydraulic oil distribution system on the cylinder block, and changes the volume of the gas compression chamber through the deformation of the diaphragm. The gas enters and exhauzes the gas compression chamber through the intake valve and the exhaust valve respectively. Gas pressurization is achieved.
