Product Specification
Production process: using high-uality automotive hot rlled steel bars, continuous oller hearthfumace nomalizing heat treatment, or medium frequency quenching and tempering treatment, andthen silver bright processing.
Performance index: actual grain size 7 to 9 grade, dimensional accuracy h8 ~ h11.
Product features: Good metallographic structure and average hardness are conducive to thequality stability of subsequent high-frequency quenching. Dimensional accuracy, smooth surface andno defects can greatly improve machining efficiency and reduce material loss.
