The airflow classifier primarily consists of a feeding control system, classifier main body (1-4), efficient cyclone collector, pulse bag filter, high-pressure induced fan, and electrical control system.

Feeding Control System: It comprises a star feeder or vibrating feeder, combined with a variable frequency controller and feeding bin. It realizes continuous and constant-speed control of the feed material by adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeder.

Classifier Main Body: Mainly composed of a motor, classifying wheel, and cylinder, it achieves effective classification of materials by adjusting the rotation speed of the classifying wheel and combining it with reasonable secondary air inlet.

Classifier Impeller: Adjusted through a frequency converter, it features protective measures such as pressure loss protection, overcurrent protection, material level control, operation status monitoring, and alarm system.

Cyclone Collector: As the primary collection system for classified products, dust-laden airflow enters the cyclone collector, and due to centrifugal force, the powder slides down the cylinder wall and is separated and purified at the tail of the inner cone. The purified gas and a small amount of fine powder are discharged through the center tube of the cyclone.

Pulse Bag Filter: Composed of a bag collection device, pulse dust removal device, and pneumatic control device, its collection system utilizes our company's imported high-grade membrane filter bags.
