Features of Hot Dip Galvanizing Line Hanging Plating
Hanging plating can make a zinc layer thickness of 60-85 microns or more. Some large steel products are suitable for hanging plating, such as thick walled square pipes, spiral pipes, large-diameter thick walled straight seam welded pipes, I-beams, channel steels, and other pipes and profiles. The hanging plating process involves first pickling the materials to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the materials. After pickling, the materials are cleaned in a solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride water, or a mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot-dip plating tank. The products produced through hanging plating have corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and a service life of 40-50 years.
