Machine details:

ZXMJ-1050 fully automatic cardboard laminating machine adopts a new type of feeder vacuum paper feeder for the face paper and the bottom paper, and adopts overlapping paper feeding to make the paper feeding process more stable and accurate. The thickness of the bottom paper can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the laminating paper. The gluing adjustment system is configured, which can be operated without stopping the machine, so that the glue coating is thinner and more uniform, achieving the effect of improving work efficiency and saving glue. The bottom and face papers are positioned, laminated, and initially pressed by a pair of high-strength bite composite rollers, and then enter the strong pressing roller for multiple pressing outputs. The finished product enters the paper collection machine and is stacked in a three-sided paper-aligned manner. The height of the paper pile can reach 1650mm.

The machine is equipped with Orei PLC (programmable controller), multi-level pressure, and automatic control hydraulic station. The products produced have high laminating accuracy, the bottom and face papers are firmly and flatly combined, and the finished products immediately enter the next process such as die-cutting without waiting for curing. Automated production, high efficiency, greatly reduces production costs, and can create considerable benefits for enterprises. 6. Full automatic photoelectric detection, automatic shutdown for empty sheets, double sheets, skewed sheets, paper jams and other faults, effectively preventing more serious faults and reducing scrap rate.

7. PLC A complete alarm system is set up, so that operators can conduct targeted troubleshooting, making maintenance easy and fast.

8. The main transmission system adopts centralized lubrication to effectively protect the transmission parts, extend the service life of the machine and the stability of precision.
