Technical requirements:

1. The finished cable performance meets the requirements of GB/T 25085/ISO6722 standard;

2. Temperature rating: -40℃ ~ +125℃;

3. Rated voltage: 1500V DC;

4. The minimum bending radius of the cable is 5 x OD(OD is the diameter of the cable).

5.20℃ Conductor DC resistance: 50mm²≤0.368Ω/km

6. Mechanical properties before aging: elongation at break ≥200%, tensile strength ≥10.30Mpa;

7. Short-term aging: 150℃±3℃×240h, no cracking;

8. Cold bending test: -40℃±2℃×4h, no cracking;

9. Finished product voltage: 5KV/5min;

10. Spark voltage: 8KVAC;

11. The flame retardant grade meets the requirement of 70S self-extinguishing;

12. Environmental protection in line with ROHS standards;

 13. Packing: axle packing or negotiating with customers.
