Operating principle: The electric motor drives the speed increase through a belt, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate at high speed. The steel bars passing through the straightening cylinder are straightened, and the rust on the surface of the steel bars is removed by the straightening die; The electric motor drives the hammer head up and down through another pair of reduction belts and a gear reducer. On the one hand, it drives two conveying pressure rollers to pull the steel bars forward, and on the other hand, it drives the crank wheel to move the hammer head up and down. When the steel bars are adjusted to the predetermined length, the hammer strikes the knife holder to cut the steel bars. When the cut steel bars fall into the receiving frame, due to the action of the spring, the knife holder returns to its original position, completing a cycle.
