Electric Contact Pressure Gauge

The electric contact pressure gauge consists of a measuring system, an indicating system, a magnetic assisted electric contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box (plug socket).

The electric contact pressure gauge is based on the spring tube in the measurement system, which is forced to undergo corresponding elastic deformation and displacement at the end of the spring tube under the pressure of the measured medium. With the help of a pull rod, it is transmitted through a gear transmission mechanism and amplified. The measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator on the fixed gear (along with the contact). At the same time, when it comes into contact with the contact point (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer (dynamic breaking or dynamic closing), it causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, in order to achieve automatic control and send alarm signals. Due to its advantages of simple installation and low maintenance, point contact pressure gauges are widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemistry, chemical engineering, electric power, pharmaceuticals, and food.
