1. Machine set composition: The whole set consists of an unreeling machine, a slitting roller, a storage rack, a recoiling machine（take up）, and an operation bench.

2. Functions and main parameters of a single machine

2.1 Unreeling machine(strip pay off machine):

The unreeling machine completes the emptying of raw material coils. It comprises a motor base, a braking device, a main shaft, a reel, etc. It adjusts the unreeling tension through adjusting the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake wheel. The emergency stop is completed by the pneumatic brake.

2.2 Slitting roller

The slitting roller longitudinally shears the raw material coil into a plurality of strips in a continuous way, and collects the scrap edge on the scrap edge coiling device. The slitting roller comprises a motor base, a guide device, a head end, a power device, a winding displacement mechanism, a scrap edge coiling mechanism. The height of the guide pedestal, the guide width of the guide device, the center distance between the upper cutter shaft and the lower cutter shaft, the winding displacement speed of the winding displacement mechanism, etc. are all adjustable.

Main parameters of the slitting roller:

Width of slit raw material: Max300mm

Thickness of slit raw material: 0.3-0.4mm

Slitting speed: ≤60M/min

Motor with a reducer: 5.5Kw

Cutter shaft diameter: φ80mm

Cutting disc diameter: φ160mm

2.3 Storage rack

The Storage rack comprises a base, a tension roller, a feed roller, etc. When the recoiling machine is reeling strips, the tension rollers provides a backward tension to ensure neat reeling and tight winding of the recoiling machine.

2.4 Recoiling machine(take up machine) 

The recoiling machine is used for re-coiling a plurality of strips.

The recoiling machine comprises a motor base, a power device, a reel, etc.

Inner diameter of coil winding (outer diameter of the reel): φ350mm

Reel width: 500mm

Diameter of the coil: ≤φ1200mm

Carrying capacity: Max1500kg

Torque motor: YLJ160-100/4
